When you upgrade your car, do you start from the engine first? or do you start from exterior upgrading? |

my first mod has always been some thing like and intake or exhaust. exteriors always been last unless i was in despeate need of rims or something. |

build up the suspension/driveline/fuelsystem/etc so it can handle what u r gonna use it for, then add power, you wont be disappointed, i wouldnt touch the engine just yet... |

I wouldn't do anything to try to make that stratus faster... not worth it... you gotta spend bank just to make it kinda quick. As for what I do first... depends on the car... TA was intake, exhaust, suspension, stereo system, wheels then paint job. Now I gotta fix shit and decide if I really wanna build it... Truck... only headers for now, but I gotta decide whether I wanna swap in a built engine or paint it next... Camry... pulled emblems then got exhaust then a system and now have a very hard time justifying spending any money modding it. LOL If I do do anything else it will be nitrous though. Eclipse... bought it with everything already, but got speakers for it... and some lights and shit |

My Car = Stock for 1 year, still smoked some mustangs etc. Did a couple boltons, and it stayed the same for about 2 years still smokin people just more lol, did more mods, spun a rod bearing, bought a new motor, did almost all mods possible for a supercharged 3800, about to put the motor in. lol long story short waste of money. |

S/C 3800s can be no joke....FWD does suck though. A V8 in my POS doesn't make it any more fun. We are roll monsters haha. |

FWD doesnt suck in a good setup car. Actually it does. It will always be worse than rwd. Anything thats been done with a FWD car was already done years ago with a rwd. True, it will always be worse, but with an at least semi decent suspension setup they are not as bad as hondas and what not make them seem. It is true, that rwd will always be better for obvious physical reasons. But with a proper suspension setup the traction difference between the 2 is not as bad lol. |

it really depends on what the car is for... daily driver wise get rims and suspension first.. then intake headers..etc cat... if its a garage project get right to the engine slap on some steelies for the rims and call it a day until you really show it off |
